Game connection

The sandbox runs locally and saves your progress. Connect your game server to use live, server-controlled ticks and orders.

Your first expedition

  1. Select a science fleet in Fleets.
  2. Select an uncharted star and issue Survey.
  3. Move a colony ship to a surveyed, habitable system and Colonize.
  4. Keep your shipyards, research, and diplomacy working.

Galaxy & system views

Select a star and choose System, or double-click the star. Drag to orbit and select a planet for a close-up.
